Broadlands Hotel is a small, adults-only hotel on Clapton Row in Bourton-on-the-Water.
Children and dogs are not accepted, which is worth knowing before you book. The main house is built of Cotswold stone and, according to the hotel, is around 300 years old. It sits in a quiet spot a short walk from the centre of the village.
There are twelve rooms, from standard doubles and king rooms to superior twins, junior suites and a suite with a separate living room. Some are in converted barn rooms just outside the main house, and there is an accessible room on the ground floor. A full English breakfast is included with some room types, and the hotel has a bar. Parking is free on site. Next door, a self-catering cottage with two double bedrooms is let separately.
Check-in is from 3pm to 6pm (the hotel asks guests arriving later to phone ahead) and check-out is at 11am. The Model Village is about 270 metres away, the Cotswold Motoring Museum & Toy Collection about 280 metres, and Birdland Park and Gardens roughly 390 metres.
