Cotswold Antiques & Tea Room is an antiques and collectables shop with a small tea room, at 2 Victoria Street in Bourton-on-the-Water.
Opening hours
- Every day
- 9:00–16:00
It is the kind of shop that rewards a slow look round: visitors describe a huge variety of interesting pieces, from china and glassware to lighting and curios, many of them unusual enough that you will not have seen them elsewhere.
When you have finished browsing, the tea room serves drinks and simple food, with visitors mentioning tea cakes, crumpets with cheese and lattes, so it makes an easy stop for a warm drink away from the busiest part of the village.
Dogs are welcome, and reviewers often mention a helpful, patient owner, even on crowded bank holiday weekends. As with any antiques shop, look carefully at what you are buying and ask if you are unsure what an item is.
The shop is about 150 metres from the Cotswold Motoring Museum & Toy Collection, about 200 metres from The Model Village and about 500 metres from Birdland Park and Gardens. It is open every day from 9am to 4pm, as listed on Google Maps; check before making a special trip.
