Bakery on the Water is a bakery and café at 1 Sherborne Street in Bourton-on-the-Water, beside the River Windrush.

It bakes bread and pastries every day and serves breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and cakes, either to take away or to eat in the café or on its riverside terrace.
There is no need to book. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the bakery describes itself as wheelchair accessible. It is part of the Little Bakery Company, whose roots go back to 1928.
The bakery is close to the heart of the village. The Cotswold Motoring Museum & Toy Collection is about 40 metres away, The Old Manse and the Duke of Wellington pubs are a few doors along, and the village centre is a couple of minutes' walk. The Model Village is about 280 metres away and Birdland Park and Gardens roughly 600 metres, so it is an easy place to pick up breakfast or a sandwich before a morning of sightseeing, or a cake on the way back.
