Newbridge Farm is a working farm on the eastern edge of the Cotswolds that offers camping and caravan pitches in a relaxed, unhurried setting.
There's no fuss here—you arrive, pitch your tent or park your van, and settle in to enjoy the space around you. The surrounding Oxfordshire countryside is gentle and quiet, making it an ideal spot if you're looking for a genuine break from noise and activity.
The location works well as a base for exploring further afield. Kingston Bagpuize, the nearest village, has maintained its traditional character and makes for a pleasant walk. The River Thames runs close by, so riverside strolls are easily done. Oxford is only a short drive away if you want to spend a day among the university's famous architecture and museums, or you could head to Abingdon or Witney for shopping and facilities. What strikes you here is the sense of agricultural continuity—this landscape has supported farming for centuries, and that heritage is still very much alive in how the land looks and feels. It's the sort of place where you get a real sense of rural tradition without any pretense, where the farming life that shaped this region remains visible and active in the landscape around you.
