The Sculpture Company is a gallery in Tetbury, a busy market town in the southern Cotswolds known for its antique dealers, independent shops, and associations with the royal family.
This gallery focuses entirely on three-dimensional work, giving you a dedicated space to spend time with sculpture across different materials and styles. There's no pressure here—you can wander through at whatever pace suits you, stopping to really look at the form and texture of pieces that catch your eye. Whether you're deeply into art or just looking for something a bit different to do, there's something to engage with. Many of the works are for sale if you find something that speaks to you.
Tetbury itself makes a good base for exploring this part of the Cotswolds. You've got plenty to occupy a day beyond the gallery, with its range of shops and cafes. If you want to expand your trip, Cirencester is a short drive south and has substantial Roman remains worth seeing, while Malmesbury, another historic town built around its abbey, is equally close. The gallery works well as part of a larger Cotswolds visit, giving you a good reason to spend proper time in this area rather than just passing through.
