This isolated Cotswolds hill rises dramatically from the Vale of Evesham, giving you commanding views across eight surrounding parishes.
At the summit stands Parsons Folly, an 18th-century stone tower that was built as a summer retreat for a local squire. You can still climb up there and enjoy the same expansive countryside vistas he once appreciated. The walk itself is rewarding, taking you through countryside that genuinely feels removed from everyday life, even though you're within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's the sort of place where you can understand why someone decided to build a folly up here just to spend time looking out at the landscape.
