This campsite sits right in the heart of Bibury, one of the Cotswolds' most celebrated villages, offering pitches for tents or touring caravans.

You'll genuinely wake to countryside sounds each morning.

The village itself is just a short walk away. The River Coln runs through Bibury with notably clear water where you can often spot trout, and there's an established trout farm if you want to explore the local fishing heritage. Arlington Row is particularly striking—a line of 14th-century cottages that originally served as a monastic wool store when the area was part of an Abbey-owned estate. These buildings really illustrate what the weaving industry once meant to the region. St. Mary's Church, which has Saxon roots, is also worth visiting for its historical architecture.

Beyond the village, the footpaths are genuinely excellent for exploring on foot, taking you through rolling hills and alongside the river. It's a peaceful place for reconnecting with nature. When you need supplies or want more dining options, Cirencester is a straightforward drive away. As a market town, it has the shops and amenities you might be after. The campsite works well as a base because it keeps you immersed in what makes the Cotswolds distinctive while remaining practical for exploring further afield.
