This working distillery in Stourton has been producing award-winning single malt whisky and gin since 2014, playing a real part in the modern English whisky renaissance.
When you visit, you'll see the production site in action and can chat with staff who genuinely know their craft and enjoy explaining how spirits are made. The on-site shop carries their full range, and you can do tastings to try their different expressions. What makes it worth the trip is that this is a real working business rather than something built for tourists, so you get an honest sense of how contemporary Cotswolds craftsmanship actually happens.
