Roward Farm is a small hamlet situated just off the old Fosse Way in the southern Cotswolds, where a handful of homes sit surrounded by open countryside.

This is genuinely quiet territory, the kind of place where you come to slow down rather than rush about. You won't find cafes or gift shops here, and there are no major attractions within the hamlet itself, but that's precisely why many visitors choose it as a base for exploring the wider region.

The appeal lies in the walking and cycling. Country lanes and public footpaths branch out in all directions, taking you through gently rolling fields and across typical Cotswold landscapes. The few buildings here are constructed from the local stone that defines the area's character. Like most small settlements in this part of the world, Roward Farm has agricultural roots stretching back centuries, something you can still sense in the rural setting and place names.

When you need supplies or want to venture further afield, Crudwell village is very close at hand. Malmesbury, famous for its Abbey, is a short drive away and offers more substantial shopping and facilities. The Roman town of Cirencester, with its museums and wider selection of shops, is similarly accessible. If you're planning to arrive by train, Kemble station provides direct connections to London and sits conveniently near the hamlet.
