Great Malvern itself, a short drive away, developed as a Victorian health resort centred around its natural spring water, and it's worth spending time there wandering past elegant buildings, poking into independent shops, and visiting the priory.
This area sits at the edge of a larger region rather than deep within it, which actually works in your favour. You're close enough to the northern parts of the Cotswolds to make exploring different landscapes feasible without long journeys. Worcester, with its impressive cathedral, is also easily reached if you want to add some urban history to your visit. So you can genuinely combine proper spa time with days out exploring both countryside and towns, making it work as a base for quite different kinds of days.
